Role Definition: The Payroll Partner handles various aspects of payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Updating systems and analyzing processes to ensure periodic payrolls are accurately calculated with disbursements to employees on a timely basis. - Ensuring the accuracy of payroll routines which include validation of calculated wages, in-process verification and correction of anomalies, and analysis of pay results for comparability with prior periods. - Collaboratively responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to payroll that require payroll policy interpretation. - Consistently reviewin...
