Description Job description: About us: The Speech and Language Center is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to add to our ABA team in Harrisonburg. Join our team of pediatric professionals whose goal is to support children and their families in reaching goals and building positive skills and behaviors in the most meaningful and motivating ways. We currently offer ABA, OT, and Speech Therapy services through in-person office services and telehealth as needed. We are a part of the Cicero network of therapy providers, which means we are proud to have the support and mentorship of many leading therapy providers across the eastern U.S. Our ABA team at the Speech and Language Center is proud to provide care to children with diverse needs in a way that is safe, dignified, and meaningful, not only to the child but to their family. We implement Today's ABA for our treatment goals and therapy facilitation. From the start, we work with families to establish goals and a treatment plan that can focus on a child’s interests and strengths, as we have learned that this is the best way to decrease behaviors that are unsafe or disruptive to a child’s daily life.
