Description Takkion Ops Management is seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Senior Payroll Analyst with expertise in prevailing wage and union payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and processing payroll activities in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role is critical in maintaining the financial integrity of the company and supporting our employees. This role reports to the Senior Payroll Manager. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Payroll Processing: - Accurately process weekly payroll for all employees, including prevailing wage and union payroll. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and industry standards. - Manage and process wage garnishments, deductions, and benefits. Prevailing Wage Compliance: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prevailing wage laws and regulations. - Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of prevailing wages for applicable projects. - Prepare, review and submit certified payroll reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
