The Designer III is responsible for providing support for bringing new products and technology to the market as well as maintenance of current product design documentation. The position d esigns components and subsystems and collaborates with engineers to create models, drawings, sub assemblies and specifications in support of assigned design work. The Designer III participates in the product definition from scope of work to detailed specification, in DFMEA activities and performs analysis, tolerance stacks, basic stress and strain as well as fit and form checks of components to ensure proper function and appropriate definition is provided . The Designer III is a process and technical resource who may assist others in achieving their goals.
