Description The Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily field execution within an assigned portfolio of routes, crews, and supervisors ensuring that all maintenance and snow-related duties are carried out effectively. This role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to scope, while meeting labor and production targets. The Operations Manager acts as the direct link between planning and execution, using Aspire to manage performance, adjust schedules, and drive field results. During snow events, this role is responsible for executing assigned routes and directing crews in real time.
