The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll plan, coordinate and oversee all training requirements for our construction team members, working closely with both external training providers and internal stakeholders. You'll make sure all training activities meet compliance requirements and remain valid and up to date for all new and existing team members. You'll also take ownership of maintaining accurate training records, proactively managing the training register, and supporting a culture of continuous learning.
