About the Position: The Technical Team Lead is a senior OMES III role for a technically credible leader who leads from the floor, not just from a desk. Responsible for the full scope of day-to-day I&T operations, this individual directly supervises a team of engineers and technicians owning task assignment , resource coordination, and schedule execution across all active integration and test work. As the primary accountability point for I&T facility execution, the Lead ensures every task is properly assigned, resourced, and driven to completion in alignment with program requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations. This is not a purely managerial role ; the ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on I&T experience and has grown into leadership without leaving their technical roots behind.
