Visitor and Member Services Representative On-call: Temporary (6-month term, June 16, 2026 to January 10, 2026) Summary: To deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality while selling tickets, promoting membership, and answering a wide range of visitor questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Welcome visitors to the museum. - Establish and maintain good relationships with people of various ages, educational, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. - Assist visitors at the welcome desks, ticketed exhibition entrance, coat checks, lost and found, call center, and box office. - Use multiple software systems to process transactions and to complete closing reconciliations. - Actively promote and process sales of museum membership, maintain accurate database records, and assemble membership packets for mailing. - Provide current information on collections, exhibitions, programs, and events. - Sell tickets to Ticketed Exhibitions and on-site programs. - Scan tickets, manage lines, and explain how to access the audio commentary at the ticketed exhibition entrance. - Provide information about and directions to other Forest Park institutions as well as other St. Louis touris...
