Department Team Leader – Client Relations Manager (Area Manager) Do you want to oversee your own team? Do you want to work in a stable, recession-proof industry? Do you want to have a significant impact at work, make a difference, and grow professionally? Are you an experienced team leader with a proven record of accomplishment in a customer service environment? Have you led a team with ten employees or more, for at least 6 years, and managed a demanding service product with deadlines and legal requirements? Are you willing to attend some evening meetings once or twice per week, typically from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.? We are looking for someone with a talent for team development and motivation. We would like you to be competitive and quality oriented. Deadlines and accuracy matter to you a great deal.
