A VP/SVP should feel confident in leveraging the resources spanning Stifel’s banking & broader corporate platform to both lead debt processes and deliver a curated banking experience to entrepreneurs and their businesses. This dynamic role requires engaging with senior leaders inside and outside of the organization to understand technology and capital trends and how they impact the companies we work to support.
