JOB PURPOSE: This role exists to drive financial performance of Unilever Central Asian countries and to partner related teams for financial analysis, managed from Istanbul. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Performance & P&L Ownership: - Lead Actual analysis, Forecasting, and Month End Closing cycles. - Ensure on time in full reporting of P&L related items. - Own the full P&L, delivering clear variance analysis and identifying risks and opportunities. - Turn financial data into concrete actions to protect growth and margin. Decision Support & Business Partnering: - Provide robust financial analysis on revenue, margin, mix, pricing and cost drivers. - Partner closely with Marketing, CSP, Supply Chain and Country Sales teams - Challenge assumptions and influence decisions with data-driven insights. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
