Electrician Lead Job Description Classification/Position Type: Non-Exempt/Full-Time/Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 Hours/Week) with occasional evening and weekend overtime. Reports to: Operations Director and/or Superintendent Overview: Working under the direct supervision of the Operations Director and/or Superintendent, the Electrician will be responsible for the construction, installation and modification of electrical appliances, systems, facilities, and related controls of varying design and/or complexity. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the company's goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner as per SEL Constructions policies and procedures while exceeding the expectations of our clients.
