Summary of Position: The LPI Site Lead is accountable for ensuring excellence in operations at the wellsite, prioritizing gas substitution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and operating various equipment such as distribution reels, PRS, CNG Trailers, yard spotters, and forklifts. Effective communication with the LPI Logistic Team, customers, Frac crews, and LPI Crew Leaders is essential, along with providing timely updates on stage reports. Safety is of utmost importance, with the Site Lead conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance with all CNG and Field Gas procedures and regulations. Additionally, troubleshooting equipment issues is integral to the role. Qualifications & Requirements: - It is a condition of employment to pass the CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas. - Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) - Natural Gas Measurement and Composition - Knowledge of associated equipment needed for JT units (Filters/Heat Exchangers, Separators, JT Valve) - Basic Knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as it pertai...
