Overview Milton CAT is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Accounting & Finance team in a newly added, high-impact role at our corporate office in Milford, MA. Reporting to the Director of Financial Accounting, this position will help shape the future of financial planning across a privately held, $1.5+ billion organization with complex operations spanning 6 Northeast states. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically strong, business-minded finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with complex data sets and technology tools, and can influence decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into clear insights for leaders across the business.
