Collects all the necessary information from the guest or nursing staff to ensure an accurate and safe transportation process. - Provides transportation for residents and members to doctor’s appointments and outings in Buckner owned and operated vehicles. - Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars. - Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with Buckner Senior Living. - Must be able to drive m...
