Position: Director of Nursing Location: Chantilly, VA: Environment: Adult Medical Detox Treatment Facility Schedule: Monday to Friday + Rotating On Call Schedule Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary + Performance Bonus Program About The Role: The Director of Nursing is responsible for oversight and management of nursing services within the inpatient, residential, and/or detoxification treatment program. This role ensures safe, compliant, and high-quality nursing care delivery, medication management, and nursing documentation practices. The Director of Nursing leads nursing staff, manages nursing operations, and maintains regulatory readiness for nursing services in accordance with State, BHA, RCCF, and TJC standards. The Director of Nursing partners closely with the Behavioral Health Technician Manager to ensure coordinated care delivery and a high-functioning multidisciplinary environment.
