Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. - Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects. - Experience directing cross-functional initiatives, specifically coordinating efforts between internal product/research teams and external academic collaborators or consortia. - Experience designing, building, and managing a monitoring function, including developing metrics and dashboards (e.g., SQL, Looker). Preferred qualifications: - Experience supporting visiting fellows or researcher programs to bridge academics with commercial product development. - Experience partnering with legal and research to manage ethical guidelines, data privacy, and peer-reviewed evidence collection. - Experience in planning frameworks (e.g., OKRs) and managing operational cadences with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Understanding of K-12/higher ed landscape and the strategic challenges of integrating GenAI into teaching and learning. - Ability to synthesize research and impact data into structured, persuasive...
