Job description

Description As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by our patients and overseeing the operations and safety of the pharmacy, including compounding, dispensing, scheduling, purchasing, distribution, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This role will also serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the California pharmacy license and must maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements. This is a temporary per diem position created to support PromptCare’s Lenexa pharmacy site and maintain California pharmacy licensure compliance effective July 1st. The selected candidate must hold an active California pharmacist license and be willing to serve as PIC for the California pharmacy license. The schedule is flexible, with an anticipated need of approximately 3 days per week, though PromptCare is open to candidate availability and minimum scheduling requirements. The expected assignment length is approximately 6-8 weeks , depending on business needs and licensing transition timelines.
