Overview As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a Shared Services Representative! The Shared Services Representative for our National Service Department will primarily be responsible for ensuring timely follow up on maintenance replacement rentals and roadside related services, while communicating client approval of repairs to maintenance facilities. The Shared Services Representative will also assist with various tasks, projects, and reports related to managing vehicle recalls, historical repair orders, and manufacturer claims. This is a full-time, work from home position, that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our National Service Department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 5a.m. - 9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST.
