About The Role As the Finance BP at ByteDance and a member of the Global Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s continued success across the global markets. This position is based in our San Jose office. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to key global monetization businesses, providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. You’ll be an integral part of the finance team, collaborating closely with other finance business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually. - Lead the financial planning process for global monetization products: develop both short-term and long-term budget plans, monitor performance against budget, provide trend analysis to business leaders, and update financial forecasts on a regular basis. - Deliver strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to support key business decisions. - Prepare and communicate clear, data-driven financial reports to senior management and other key stakeholders across the region. - Analyze regional financial performance and pro...
