What’s the role?: As Head of Strategy , you will be accountable for defining and driving BT’s Platform and Product Strategy , while contributing to broader corporate strategic priorities where platform capability, advice ecosystems and technology differentiation are critical. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (or equivalent) , you will own the 3–5 year competitive platform strategy , translating customer, adviser, market and technology insights into a clear, prioritised and executable roadmap . Operating as a senior player‑coach , the role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, cross‑functional orchestration and execution oversight. A core requirement of the role is a strong understanding of platforms as technology‑enabled businesses , leveraging enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps to drive scalable, differentiated outcomes.
