Your tasks: As a Senior Scrum Master , you will coach and empower multiple product teams, guiding younger teams to reach high maturity and autonomy. You'll ensure removal of impediments, foster continuous improvement, and champion agile principles and and values across the organization. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll align priorities, drive cultural transformation, and mentor junior Scrum Masters to strengthen overall agile capability.
