Job Purpose: The European Profit Management Consultant works with country teams to enhance margin performance in the Endpoint Solution business. This role leverages business, pricing, and technical skills to identify and implement best practices that improve profitability across multiple markets. Responsibilities include boosting profits by prioritizing, transforming, standardizing, and refining TD SYNNEX’s pricing and profit management strategies, tools, and processes throughout Europe—specifically targeting improvements in Front End Margin, Back End, Freight, and Customer Rebates. Responsibilities: Margin Optimization: Conduct analysis of performance at the country level, identify sources of margin leakage, and propose targeted strategies to enhance profitability. Pricing Excellence: Facilitate the implementation of comprehensive pricing frameworks, incorporating all trade margin components to ensure precise margin management and mitigate leakage risks.
