The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation and benefits, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate across HR and business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive and market-competitive benefits strategy designed to offer a robust selection of employee health and welfare and retirement savings offerings. - Provide compensation guidance for new and existing roles.
