As an Electronics/Communications Technician Instructor/Facilitator you will report to the CAE Senior Instructor. Utilising methods such as face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers, you will deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training including but not limited to: Your responsibilities include providing pre- and post-course support, conducting assessments, and generating reports. - Naval Afloat and terrestrial Communications equipment - Naval Electronic Equipment - Naval Command and control systems. Description: - Ensure training delivery aligns with Navy policy and procedures, including Trainee Progress Management (TPM). - Provide pre- and post-course support, conduct assessments, and generate reports. - Contribute to training development processes and implement approved changes to learning packages. - Maintain relevance and currency of training materials to meet learning outcomes and competencies.
