The Role: We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who is looking for the next step in their career, either into a senior or team leader position. In this role you will be responsible for providing supports to NDIS participants who experience challenging behaviours. You will be responsible for helping them to develop strong coping strategies and improve their quality of life. The role requires a compassionate and patient individual who is resilient and able to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve participants goals. Key Responsibilities: This role will require you to travel both to participants houses and observations in the community.
