Job Details: Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - 24.75/hr Position Summary: The Maintenance Generalist MG04 is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets while ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to Tyson policies and procedures. Assemble and disassemble equipment, pumps, and hydraulics. Housekeeping Responsibilities. Operate and maintain mobile equipment. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment. Engage in physical activities such as climbing, standing, bending, sitting, and carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs multiple times monthly. Work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and cold. Work overtime and weekends as needed. Follow instructions and communicate effectively*: Work at heights safely. External Requirements: Minimum of six months of work experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance or equivalent training. Agricultural milling maintenance experience is preferred.
