Responsive recruiter Position Summary: The Dishwasher/Utility team member plays a key role in keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. This position supports the kitchen team by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and overall workspace readiness. Accountabilities/Duties: - Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards - Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines - Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains - Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery - Performs routine cleaning of refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom - Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs - Role is repetitive and detail-oriented in nature - Ability to stand for extended periods of time - Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to operating procedures and health and safety standards - Demonstrates attention to detail and a strong commi...
