We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Regulatory Compliance Team as a Housing Dispute Resolution Manager . - East Suffolk Council - Location: Riverside, 4 Canning Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0EQ - Salary: £44,075 - £48,226 per annum, Band 8 - Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week - Contract: Permanent Your role: As the successful candidate you will lead and manage the strategic and operational response to housing disrepair complaints, HHSRS (Health and Housing Safety Rating System) hazards, and condition-related disputes, with a particular focus on damp and mould. Your role will be to ensure timely, legally compliant resolution of complaints and disrepair cases, in line with housing legislation, the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code, and new legal requirements such as Awaab’s Law.
