Job Description: The Procurement Strategic Sourcing Manager has responsibility for support of the thermal businesses and products and will secure long-term total quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of direct material supply throughout the total product lifecycle. Essential Duties: Responsible for all supplier commercial relationships within the assigned business areas, securing targeted levels of cost, quality, delivery, sustainability, and supply continuity. Develop and implement assigned Supplier strategies that meet internal and external customer demands. Support new product development activities across the business unit by setting supplier strategies, managing costs to meet product margin goals, and helping to launch product to mass production. Complete and manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts including corporate agreements, annual pricing negotiations and awards, payment terms, and inventory. Develop and align Supplier technical roadmaps in partnership with Sales and Engineering.
