Department: 38411 Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center - Pharmacy: Outpatient Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Rotating weekends evening hours available Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00 Major Responsibilities: - All completed under the supervision of a pharmacist - Prepares medications for dispensing - Interviews patients to obtain medication histories - Perform duties related to medication ordering, receipt, stocking, and inventory control - Performs clerical duties in the pharmacy to ensure efficient operations - Receives and interprets medication/prescription orders and enters them into the pharmacy computer system - Performs medication and prescription billing activities - Opportunity to hold site and/or system pharmacy intern leadership positions - Participation in mock job/residency interviews with CV review - Project opportunities to work with site and system leadership - Intern Development series to learn about various topics pertinent to professional development.
