A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor (but not limited to): Greet customers and assist them with their service needs and questions Obtain and update necessary vehicle and customer data Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to set up the technician to properly diagnose the vehicle and repairs Establish a timeline of repair and keep the customer up to date on progress.
