Job Description Summary We are looking for an IT Specialist with solid experience in corporate profile management, cloud platforms, and IT service management. The resource will be part of the DT Operations team and will play a key role in the management and maintenance of Single Sign-On solutions, HP PaaS platforms, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Job Description: Main Responsibilities: Users Management: Single Sign-On (SSO) & Identity Management - Manage the deployment of user PCs and their basic configuration according to company policies - Manage the deployment of corporate phones according to the policies defined in the corporate Mobile Device Management platform - Manage troubleshooting of issues encountered by users - Manage Single Sign-On solutions based on SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols - Administer Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD and oversee platforms dedicated to MFA such as Ping ID and Yubikey - Ensure access security through policies and Conditional Access - Manage automated user provisioning and deprovisioning via SCIM - Monitor authentication logs and respond to identity-related security incidents PaaS & Cloud: - Support the m...
