We are seeking a Director of Frontline Sales to lead and elevate our Myrtle Beach sales operation. This leader will drive performance across a high-volume, fast-paced environment focused on new owner acquisition . What You’ll Do: - Lead, develop, and manage Frontline Sales Managers and Representatives - Drive tour flow conversion, VPG, and overall site performance - Partner with Marketing leadership to maximize tour generation and efficiency - Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent - Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively supporting closes - Ensure consistent execution of the company’s sales process and standards - Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals What We’re Looking For: - Proven leadership experience in timeshare frontline sales (Director or high-level Manager) - Track re...
