Permanent Full Time We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Compensation) to join our Distribution Performance and Compensation team. The Senior Business Operations Specialist (Compensation) plays a key role in supporting compensation activity for various Distribution channels across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Distribution Compensation, this role is responsible for the processing and administration of compensation bonus programs and override rates as well as supporting the development of recommendations for various compensation programs and initiatives. What you'll do: - Perform complex calculations and accuracy validations associated with various bonus programs and related reports associated with advisor compensation and distribution field role compensation. - Participate in modeling, simulation and analysis for new and existing compensation programs and strategies - Review presentations, guides and policies related to compensation programs and support the operationalization of these programs. - Service excellence – build and maintain relationships across the organization including varying levels of leadership; investigate and respond to inquir...
