The Role: We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing Accounting team! You Will: - Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, SOX compliance, and other ad hoc tasks - Execute monthly accounting close activities and complete related deliverables on time - Perform reconciliations and conduct actual vs. actual flux analysis with a strong attention to detail - Coordinate and assist with external audit requests - Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal controls - Support the external reporting process and SEC filing deadlines - Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new accounting policies and procedures - Support international compliance efforts, including statutory reporting, local GAAP requ...
