Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: Performs a wide variety of journeyman level operations which include construction, alterations and finishes. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum - Performs new construction, additions, renovations and structural repairs according to Federal, State and Local Government Codes. (40%) - Repairs, replaces, installs and builds hospital areas and casework including finishes. Performs preventive maintenance and inspections.(40%) - Installs doors, frames, window units, access panels; replaces plastic laminates.
