Hours: 37.5 Salary: £25,440 to £25,440 per Annum Overview of the role: As a People Support Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the PeopleTeam. This role will focus on employee relations to support our workforce and enhance the overall colleague experience. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, managing colleague concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The People Coordinator will collaborate the People Advisor and with managers and colleagues to drive engagement, resolve conflicts, and contribute to a fair and supportive workplace culture.
