Title: Systems Engineer II (Active Secret Clearance) Location: Tucson, AZ (Relocation Available): Clearance: Active Secret or higher required Overview: We are seeking a Systems Engineer II to support high-priority defense programs focused on advanced weapons systems. This role will support system integration, requirements development, and validation activities in a fast-paced production and engineering environment. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Support system-level requirements development and traceability - Participate in system integration, verification, and validation efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (EE, ME, Software) - Analyze system performance and support issue resolution - Contribute to design reviews and technical documentation - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - 3–7 years of systems engineering experience - Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar) - Background in defense, aerospace, or complex systems preferred - Active Secret clearance required
