Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - ACA Compliance - Contract request/review - Monthly client service call - Work with Producer or SBC for who should set up - Monthly Employer communication - Assist with 5500 filing/reporting - Audit account for consistency of definitions - Billing issues - Carrier inquiries - Claim issues - Day to day client questions - Eligibility issues - Plan implementation - Communication of Christensen Group services - Claim review New/Renewal/Marketing: - Assist with pre and post renewal meetings - Renewal request - Market benefit plans - Understand carrier guidelines - Create renewal and marketing spreadsheet results - Create/order open enrollment materials - Create/order new hire materials - Renewal verification with carriers - Renewal information to COBRA administrator (if applicable) - Confirmation letters - Term letters to carriers - Client set up with carriers Revenue Growth: - Contribute to agency revenue goals by following established policies and procedures.
