Advice & Counsel: Support stakeholders on important matters Transaction and/or Dispute Management: Contract Drafting and Negotiation. Expertise in transactional knowledge and skill related to complex commercial agreements (e.g. general commercial and specialized/subject matter agreements). Expected to directly negotiate with third parties. Disputes.
