Job description

Manufacturing Coordinator-C shift (7pm-7am) BASIC POSITION DUTIES: This position will support the molding and assembly manufacturing department by providing supervision to leaders, setups, operators. Oversees all daily activities and reporting. Responds to safety, quality and productivity issues and any abnormal situations. Works with all departments as needed such as QA, production control, maintenance, engineering, etc. - Ensure safe work environment. - Manage personnel records, including but not limited to the following: - Absence, attendance calendars and records - Corrective action activity and review - Conduct work compliance audits, follow up on and manage any non-compliance issues - New/revised work instruction or any required documentation acknowledgements - Initiate associate status change and SARS submissions - Manage production records, including but not limited to the following: - Manufacturing set up and check sheets - 3S/3D/5S activity - Backtracks and abnormals - CTR documentation - Rainbow activities - Able to ensure accurate data entry for required items such as: - Assembly daily reports - TPS redlight reports - Assembly setup reports - Scrap reports - Etc. - Mana...
