Job Requirements: What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent. - Providing direction to team to ensure customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. - Responding to customer inquiries and providing a speedy and thorough resolution to customer issues and problems. - Handling escalated and unresolved calls from less experienced representatives. Providing input into hiring decisions and performance appraisals. - Sharing responsibility for training and managing team and ensuring calls are handled courteously and effectively.
