We have an opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff in the Wards department. This role is ideal for an experienced NVQ Level 3 candidate (surgical experience desirable) who is ready to develop greater autonomy while working within a safe, supportive and professionally led environment. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. Working across a range of shifts, you will manage your own delegated patient caseload under the supervision of the Registered Nurse team, contributing to high-quality care across a mix of elective day case and inpatient procedures including orthopaedics, general surgery, gynaecology and urology.
