Salary $42.00 - $62.40 / Hour Overview: Nursing Supervisor - Pediatric RN: Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) at Lancaster A Leadership Role That Stays Close to the Bedside. At Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) at Lancaster, Nursing Supervisors are hands-on clinical leaders who support both the team and the children in our care every shift. This is not a desk-based management role. Our Nursing Supervisors are visible on the floor - guiding clinical decision-making, mentoring staff, and stepping in when the team needs support. PSC provides long-term, high-acuity pediatric care for medically fragile children. Many rely on ventilators, specialized equipment, and complex medication regimens. Delivering this level of care requires experienced nursing leadership that understands both pediatric complexity and real-time team support.
