The responsabilities of the Safety Manager will be: - To identify potential risks, conduct periodic checks, and ensure preventive measures are taken. To identify and address fundamental occupational safety needs in the environment and within the plant. - To ensure that Bunge Thrace Plant employees and subcontractor employees receive regular environmental and safety training. - To implement and organize meetings for all occupational safety and health (OSH) related activities, including injury, accident, incident scene investigation, and preventive measures. - To maintain and update OSH records regularly. - To participate in and actively attend Bunge European OSH conferences. - To ensure collaboration with all units and to monitor and revise OSH rules.
