Role Purpose: The Planning Manager supports daily station and network performance by analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. This role focuses on improving on-time performance, reducing delays, and enhancing overall operational efficiency through data mining, reporting, and performance tracking. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
