Platform Engineer – AI & Agent Platforms

Job description

What’s the role? We’re looking for two Platform Engineers to design, build and scale enterprise-grade AI platform capabilities, with a strong focus on agent-based systems and orchestration. These roles sit at the core of our AI Control Plane initiative—enabling teams to build, deploy and operate AI agents and AI-powered services safely, reliably and at scale. You will play a key role in engineering reusable platform capabilities that support agent design, execution, lifecycle management and governance. This is a hands-on role combining platform engineering, distributed systems thinking and practical experience building production-ready AI agents. What do I need?: - Strong software engineering experience building distributed, production-grade systems - Proven experience designing and implementing AI agents or orchestration-based systems Hands-on experience with: - LLM integration and APIs - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Agent frameworks and orchestration patterns - Workflow composition and tool integration - Experience building platform abstractions (APIs, SDKs, shared services) - Strong understanding of production engineering practices (resilience, monitoring, incident res...
