Stanton is looking for a 1st Shift - Hard Surface Order Puller to join our Hard Surface Shipping team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our flooring products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for loading, staging, and shipping orders for a variety of hard surface materials, including luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and hardwood flooring. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Accurately read and fulfill customer orders by loading cartons of flooring and trim onto pallets. This requires repetitive lifting and stacking (50lbs+) - Safely and proficiently operate a fork lift truck. - Work effectively with team members to meet shipping deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow. - Help in packing and strapping loaded pa...
