The Maintenance & Tooling Technician Coordinator leads the maintenance and tooling team supporting all production equipment and tools. The role is responsible for managing the preventive and reactive maintenance program, directing daily technician workload, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, tooling support, or manufacturing operations. Previous leadership, lead technician, or coordinator experience strongly preferred.
